Since 1996, MeduProf-S has been helping clients in hospitals, health-centres and clinics to improve their skills. Please take a look at our projects below to gain an insight into the type of projects we have recently completed or are in the process of undertaking.
Asia and Far East
After an initial study and an on site survey hospital staff were trained in a wide range of Hospital Waste Management solutions.
Caribbean
Bonaire, Saba and St. Eustatius
MeduProf-S has been asked by the Management of Fundashon Mariadal on Bonaire, to develop a plan for hospital staff training and education for Bonaire, Saba and St. Eustatius.
Middle East
Together with our partners, Medical Consultation Group we have established the International Health Training Centre in Alexandria.
Sub-Saharan Africa
We have played a key role in several projects in Ghana including teacher training, application and clinical training and hospital waste advice.
We are involved in curriculum development and capacity building in the fields of Medical Imaging, Operating & Emergency Procedures, Hospital Management, Hospital Waste Management and Biomedical Engineering.
We will be involved in the training of personnel for the new Maputo Private Hospital, which is due to open in September 2010.
In Tanzania we were involved in ultrasound and x-ray courses for 90 hospitals, curriculum development and rehabilitating the Radiography School.
Phase I included ultrasound and radiography courses, curriculum development, e-learning and skills lab development. Phase II extends our scope to include Biomedical Engineering and Hospital Waste Management.
A program which included clinical training in x-ray and ultrasound as well as upgrading the medical imaging education has recently been completed.
